2nd time using this service in and it was just as good as the first. Wonderful communication, clear instructions on where to find them, they are always on time! Each time we were picked up in a large, comfortable, clean, new SUV. We are a family of 4 and have 2 car seat aged children. We packed our own car seats (my children also use them on the plane) and installed them ourselves in the SUV before driving to our destination. The lovely thing about the SUVs is the seatbelt lock off functions the same as my own car in Canada. It was very easy for me to get a good safe fit on the car seats in no time at all. This isn’t the case and care vary across different vehicles in Mexico as they are not regulated the same as in Canada. The driver was so kind and polite and offered some tips on family activities in Cabo

Excellent communications from start to finish, straightforward, and very reasonably priced. I researched and read numerous reviews before booking with this company via their website. Antonio (the owner) confirmed our our pick up time/date a few days (and the day right before) our arrival in Cabos. He provided very clear instructions on where to find our driver once we exit the airport (our driver was already waiting for us at the designated area #10). The SUV was clean, beer/water provided and it was a smooth ride to our hotel. It was a great way to start our vacation. The day before our scheduled departure, Antonio, again, confirmed our pick up time from our hotel. Our driver was 10 minutes early, waiting for us at the hotel lobby. Both of our drivers (Jorge and Arturo) were on time, and provided excellent service. This is our first time in Cabos and it is important for us to have a peace of mind that our transportation to/from the airport is reliable and safe. Antonio initiated all of the communication/confirmation. We highly recommend this company and will definitely use again the next time we go to Cabos.
